How We Can Work Together
I offer counselling and psychotherapy-informed work for individuals, couples, and groups, both online and in person in Altrincham. My work is grounded in Transactional Analysis (TA), a relational approach that supports awareness, choice, and change in how we relate to ourselves and others.
I often work with people who are questioning their sense of identity, feeling disconnected from themselves, or navigating significant life changes such as becoming a parent, relationship breakdown, infidelity, or separation. This work can support you to understand who you are beneath familiar roles or expectations, and to begin living in a way that feels more authentic, intentional, and aligned with what matters to you.
Individual Therapy
People often come to therapy feeling unsettled, overwhelmed, or caught in familiar patterns they can’t quite shift. You might be clear about what’s wrong, or you might just know that something isn’t working.
In our sessions, we take time to think together about what’s happening, where patterns may have come from, and what could change. The work is thoughtful, relational, and paced carefully, with space for reflection as well as challenge.
Sessions are 50 minutes and available online or in person in Altrincham.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a space to slow things down and look more closely at what’s happening between you. This might involve recurring conflict, infidelity, distance, loss of trust, or feeling stuck in roles that no longer fit.
We work to understand each person’s experience of the relationship, how communication breaks down, and how new ways of relating might emerge. Sessions aim to support clearer understanding, greater honesty, and more grounded connection.
I work with couples of all genders and sexual orientations, at different stages of their relationship and life together.
Sessions are 90 minutes and offered online or in person in Altrincham.

Group Therapy
Group therapy brings people together to explore personal and relational difficulties in the presence of others. Working in a group can make patterns more visible and help reduce the sense of being alone with certain struggles.
Groups are facilitated with care and clear boundaries, creating a thoughtful and contained space where shared experience can support insight and change.
Group therapy takes places over a set period of time to build a safe and reliable space for every member.
