What to Expect
Therapy is a process that requires both thoughtful engagement and time. It can sometimes involve confronting difficult emotions, and there may be moments that feel challenging. My aim is to offer a dependable, reflective space where you can explore these experiences with support and without judgement.
What happens in the free introductory call?
This is a brief conversation, usually 15 minutes, where we can talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping for. It’s also an opportunity for you to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit before booking a first session.
What happens in the first session?
In our first full session, we’ll begin by getting a clearer understanding of what’s important to you and what you want from the work. We’ll look at what matters most right now and what you’d like to explore or shift.
How long will therapy take?
There’s no fixed answer to this. Some people find clarity in a small number of sessions, while others value ongoing support as life unfolds. You have control over the pace and duration of the work, and we can review progress together as we go.
Sessions are available online or in person in Altrincham, and I work within my training scope under supervision.
